4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We accept secure online payments via trusted gateways including Razorpay and WooCommerce integrated systems. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) options.

By placing an order, you authorize us to process and complete payment through our secure system. You agree that all payment information provided by you is valid, accurate, and complete.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This acknowledgment does not signify acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch via email or message.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Suspicious activity or fraudulent transaction
• Incomplete payment or incorrect billing information

If your order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded as per our policies.

Our sarees are carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched with love. We ship across India and select international locations.

• Delivery Timelines: Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• International Deliveries: Delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every saree is individually checked for quality before shipping.
